Mae, a young 19 year old woman is faced with the worst situation in her life. Her mother has passed away. Her father already marrying another woman, leaving her behind with not a cent to her name. Pretty much bound for homelessness, she wishes for more, but feels guilty for wanting that. But on the plus side, her older brother says she can stay with him until she gets back on her feet, but she never makes it over. Instead shes sucked into a world where she will be faced with difficult decisions and forced to fight for herself. She might even find love, and the courage to fight for what she truly wants.
