Midoriya recently left his shift at the comic book store to go home to his loving mother, his shoes splashing on the wet pathways that wove into the flats and various homes. He was one of the unlucky 20% that never recieved a quirk, and his dreams of being a hero were crushed from an early age. however, it never stopped him from enjoying his life as he grew up. He's 19, he loves his job, and always reccomended the best books to the children that entered. Midoriya accepted his fate of a normal, quirkless life. That is, until he met Todoroki, Who he soon discovered to be one of the leaders of the biggest mafia around. This ability had made him terrified of the ocean he once loved, and would only watch it from that moment on, filling him with great sadness. One fateful stormy night, Midoriya is swept away from his mom's boat in the summer holidays, and cast out to sea. And who better to tell him how to accept himself, than a boy who's running away from home.

The earth fell to ruin. Midoriya was born into it. The rest was history. But when Midoriya receives a proposition from a temple of all places, he can't help but see what's next in the life he's been given. Long story short? Pretend to be a god among gods. Find out what killed them. Hopefully when he returns, the world will be green instead of charred and black.
