Hayley is born and raised in Gotham by both her parents and shes a healthy stable girl but what happens when she meets Jerome and he makes her snapout of her mind and realizes who she really is and certain someone familiar to Gotham is one of her family member as well. She along with Jerome will leave a mark in Gotham that no one will ever forget no matter what and that theres nothing more contagious than laughter.
