Jo, by some smidge of luck, got a bad feeling at that year's bonfire and was convinced by Thomas to ditch the gathering and stay by the pond for a while. That was the night everyone disappeared again, and everyone else knew exactly where they went. Now Jo's more than determined to find out where this house is, and, more importantly, how to stop the game entirely.
