In Adventure Bay, Rocky and Zuma have always been more than just teammates. Between rescue missions, late-night talks, and quiet moments by the shore, a bond begins to grow between them - soft, honest, and stronger than either of them expected. Rocky, always trying to fix everything around him, starts to realize that Zuma is the one who makes his own heart feel whole. Arrby, a Pirate Pup has always explored the sea with Sid Swashbuckle, loving every adventure. However one day, during an adventure, Sid crashes the ship into the Flounder by accident and Arrby falls overboard, landing into a place called Puplantis full of Merpups who promise to keep them safe. However, a particular merpup catches the attention of Arrby, - one who dislikes the singing and dancing, one who doesn't speak english, and who loves being alone with this inventions - Moby.
