This book has been put on hold and will be rewritten soon! ------------------------ "You're just like her! You'll be nothing more than a shadow, HER shadow!" Every dragonet is born with a purpose, each one born with a future. They will have their paths and options set out before them, able to pick and chose which ones to take. Being told what to do and how to do it, but what if they want to do things for themselves and pick their own future? Their own paths to follow? Lydia always believed she had a future, it was always right there in front of her in the form of her mother. She was born with a purpose, a great one at that to take back what was rightfully stolen form her family. From her. She's been trained for this, trained for every possible future that could try and push its way into her life and distract her from what mattered most, for what she's been working for ever since she was able to walk on her own. She's ready for her first mission, her first chance to really prove herself to her parents that she's the dragonet they have raised, she's the dragonet they need to take back what's been lost. But....they didn't train her for all the challenges the real world truly holds outside of their hidden cave within the mountains. They didn't train her for what to do if dragons start to talk to her, follow her around and tell their stories. Dragons no one else can see. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. Sutherland and this is just a fan-fiction based off of her series. No characters within this book are from the cannon books and it doesn't follow the cannon timeline. The war affected everyone in its own way. Families were constantly living in fear, soldiers had to face the reality that they might not live to see the next day. But that all changed when the dragonets brought the Sandwing heirs together, and Thorn was crowned Queen. From this they created an Academy, for dragons of all tribes to come together. Artemis is one of these dragons. As her parent's compassion for each other and their family deteriorates, the two Nightwings decide they've had enough of them and enroll Artemis and her eldest sister into Jade Mountain. Of the three newly added Winglets, she's enrolled in Opal, and is relieved to know she isn't the only peculiar one in it. But before they know it, Artemis and her friends are faced with a prophecy, and a dark secret. New continents, new tribes, new enemies. They face the biggest threat to Pyhrria since the end of the war. Gold, silver, sun and moon, the scales have tipped. This is the story of Artemis. (Please keep in mind that this story was written right after Moon Rising, before any of the other books of Tui's second series. Excuse any inaccuracy. Consider this an AU)

This book will be rewritten soon! ------------------------ Adventure, that was what Robin loved most. She loved the thrill of exploring someplace new and untouched. So when she's already seen every nook and cranny of Pyrrha, she grows restless. She wants to find something new to explore, something never heard of and unknown! But how can she do that if there is no longer anything new? That all changes one day when she and her friends are looking around in the SandWing Palace library. They find a scroll that tells a story about another continent similar to Pyrrha. A new place! Full of the unknown! It was perfect! All she had to do was find it, which will prove to be more challenging than the young SkyWing-NightWing dragonet thought it out to be. Will Robin and her friends be able to find the lost continent? Or will they become the ones lost in the history pages? ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. Sutherland and this is just a fan-fiction based off of her series. (**Currently in the process of being edited AS OF OCT 2023 lol IDK how long this will take to rework but bear with me**) Set between books 4&5 and written only while book 4 was out, so please forgive any inaccuracies. --- Pyrrhia: a vast island divided between seven warring dragon tribes. Little do they know that the sightings of strange, tribe-less dragons that are so often dismissed as hallucinations or tricks of shadow aren't signs of insanity after all... Not far from the coasts of Pyrrhia lies the land of Grinnen: a small, rocky island with snowy mountains, sandy dunes, heat-seared cliffs, volcanoes...and dragons. No, not SandWings, SkyWings, NightWings or any other Pyrrhian tribes...these are the tribes of Grinnen. The once peaceful land is in danger. A war is in the making after a prejudiced Queen, discovering her treasury raided, promptly accuses an innocent tribe of theft and launches an attack. While fleeing for her life, a young dragoness who has been given a special mission meets an unexpected ally, and together, they set off in search of a missing dragon. They find secrets buried deep underground, and discover that surviving on their own may not be as easy as they thought... The Wings of Fire series belongs to Tui T. Sutherland. This is only a fanfiction. (Grinnen and its tribes are free to use, for anyone who is wondering.)

What would have happened if the SkyWing egg was not broken? If Glory was never chosen? NOTE: none of the pictures are mine unless it has a caption in bold underneath with the words "I drew this." Also, if none of you could tell, I DID NOT WRITE THE WINGS OF FIRE SERIES! Shocker right??? Credits go to Tui T Sutherland for her awesome book series. BTW, THIS STORY EXISTS ON QUOTEV TOO. So if you see someone with the same name as me but on Quotev with this story, that's me.
