When the great war was at it's climax, the angels, the fallen, and the devils and the heavenly dragons. These were the factions in this petty war, the reason for the war to begin, a dick measuring contest. Yep, heard me right. The dragons fought each other for a petty sibling rivalry. One person, or rather, one god has decided enough was enough and ended this pathetic war, but how you ask. He killed god, four devil kings and the heavenly dragons. His name Xenophanes.
