When he turned to glance back over his shoulder, Jubilee was approaching him slowly and the black shape on the horizon was definitely the Crow Father soaring in for another areal attack. "Nowhere?" Tommy echoed. "There's no way you're getting out of this one, Theseus. Get away from the drop and come in quietly." Tommy saluted Jubilee, beaming. "No chance, bitch boy." Tommy never meant to become a vigilante, he saved one women's life and loved the feeling. The feeling of being able to help. Ever since he was a kid he had dreamed of making a difference in the world. Now he could. But being an illegal vigilante meant a few things. One, he was quite illegal. Two, he was broke. Okay so maybe that didn't have anything to do with being a vigilante, but it was true. He lived off a few bucks at a time. He worked minimum wage at an old coffee shop that no one went to. That was, until he didn't. Until he landed an interview at the hero's tower. The most amazing place in the world in his eyes. The only problem? He's illegal. Going into a tower full of hero's.
