Jim was walking home from school one day when he goes missing. The trolls are scared, his mother is a wreck, and Claire and Toby know something's up. They know Jim's not dead, or the amulet would have found someone else. But when they get a lead, how will they react? And what will they learn about a certian changeling?

As the Trollhunter, Jim fought battles with monsters on a weekly basis. Sometimes in these battles he would get injured, but he wouldn't tell his friends. He didn't want them to worry about him, so he would patch himself up on his own. But there is one time that Jim is too injured to handle it on his own, so he calls on Blinky for help.
