Izuku Midoriya, known as the Hero in Training Deku, gets Reborn as the Reincarnation of Michikatsu Tsugikuni aka Kokushibo

So as you saw by my other story "Visual Prowess Deku" I hinted at another story revolving numbers, I got many correct responces on what the numbers meant from quite a few people. This is a story revolving around Deku getting chakra again but not including his Visual Prowess, instead he has a few beasts inside him as his quirk which leads him to being outcast as a villain but poor little Izuku only wants to be a hero. Where will his path lead him? Follow along and find out.

From birth Izuku was always different from his twin sister Izumi. His whole family thought him deaf because he had never said a word and unlike any of his true family he had maroon eyes and at least his father and sibling thought he had green hair but they rarely payed attention to him because he was deaf and he always clung to his mother for some reason, and to top it all off he was quirkless. Deku was once the most pathetic being in the world. Then he found the ultimatrix and he became the world's greatest hero.

Deku from a young age was born with a strange device, always assumed to be a quirk, but will he or anyone else find that out, only one way to tell.

in a world filled with quirks a boy was born quirkless while his family had powerful quirks. the world turned on him neglected, bullied, outcast of society will he end it all or will he advance into a new form of warfare.

Deku has died, and now his quirk is manifesting. Alongside the psychopath that is Toga can he somehow stop his life from spinning out of control? Of course not, better question. Can he hide the monster he is and the fact that he has died from his mother?
