Kaiya Starr is a Botanist, specializing in plants. She is recruited and brought to Pandora at the same time Jake Sully is. The two quickly become friends. However, being friends means sticking together, and unfortunately for Kaiya, sticking around Jake brings her nothing but trouble. From running away from a giant Thanator, to jumping off a huge cliff, just to be bound by the Omaticaya soon after, where Jake drags her into his ruse of being warriors from the 'Jarhead Clan'. Now, in order to survive; and possibly save them from destruction; Kaiya must learn their ways, and become one of the people. But, in order to learn their ways, she has to find a way to deal with the less-than-friendly Omaticayan Warrior Tsu'tey, first. She's dealt with stubborn, pig-headed individuals before, but Tsu'tey? He's on a whole different level. But, if fate allows it, she may just find a way. But, you see...fate is a tricky thing, it has a way of bringing about the unexpected.. All characters except my character Kaiya belong to James Cameron. Will follow storyline, adding only a few chapters or conversations to further bring her into the story. 16 year old Faith Augustine is the daughter of the notorious Dr. Grace Augustine. Crazy, right? Ever since an accident she had when she was little, she was diagnosed with permanent blindness. Thanks to Grace, Faith was taught the language and culture of the Na'vi ever since she was born. However her father, who took care of her after Grace left, was a Veteran and had taught her Marine Corps. Martial arts to keep her safe due to her....disability. Her blindness never stopped her from doing anything. With her unique background knowledge about the Na'vi, she was offered a place in the RDA Avatar program on Planet Pandora. She took the job in a heartbeat and was shipped in Cryogenic slumber just waiting for the next 5 years to pass and make it to Pandora. There she'll meet a special paraplegic and experience unbelievable adventures.
