When a young girl was found dead in local woods, all fingers had wrongly pointed at the different, but entirely innocent, Dale. A gentle soul, with the mind of an eight year old, Dale's mother had always protected him from the small minds of those who never took the time to understand her only son. She lovingly sheltered her boy from their cruel words and their spiteful actions towards him, but when she suddenly died, Dale was left all alone and left so vulnerable and unprotected without his devoted mum.
