Sakura Haruno left the Leaf village with permission from Lady Tsunde. She left just before Sasuke came back. She left because everyone shunned her except for Lady Tsunde and Hinata, they all called her weak and useless. She left the village to prover herself. She is stronger then any of them. She came across an abandoned land, and hidden village, one with very few people but there were ninja there to protect the civilians.
