However, Izuku managed to escape with his mother, Inko, and they managed to live their lives far away from the government as they could. Inko made Izuku promise to never use his powers in public unless he was necessarily prompted to making him appear to be quirkless. However, during an incident with the sludge villain, Izuku used the full extent of his power to eradicate the enemy. The excess energy damaged Izuku's body initially until he eventually adjusted to the power itself, but he wasn't left unscathed. Izuku was left with a major case of amnesia and can't remember a single thing. At the same time, the Government found Inko and killed her for hiding Izuku. Now, Izuku has to fend for himself and the power he wields so that no one will ever use it for evil. It was a race for the ultimate power, of the Ultimate Lifeform. (Title is a reference to Shadow's hero theme.) I do not own anything.
