Sim believes in the sunset because it gives her hope to carry on with her life despite all of her difficulties. Sunsets have a lot of significance for her because they are not only stunning but also represent endings, change, and transformation. They serve as a constant reminder that change is inevitable and that everything has an end. However, she started to feel depressed every time she saw a sunset after that tragic event.
