Levi loses his job at one of the biggest companies in the world, and his girlfriend, Becky, breaks up with him. He ends up losing his house and is broke, so he moves in with Hanji. Hanji gets tired of him staying at her house and not helping or at least looking for a job. Levi starts to gain weight and Hanji has had enough; she sends him to a gym to get a personal trainer named Petra. Can this girl get the old Levi back? Or will he quit on her and continue his lazy ways? Could he possibly fall in love again after a tough breakup?

Petra miraculously survives the mission to protect Eren from the Female Titan, but at the cost of her mental stability. There is only one person that can truly heal her: Levi, who she is separated from. To her horror, she discovers firsthand that the titans are not her only enemy. "NO!" Petra screamed out. She ducked under the police tape and ran over to Levi. "Levi..." Petra barely managed to choke out the words as she stared down to his damaged face. She put his head into her lap and wept. "Petra..." Levi whispered. "I'm right here." She continued to weep. "You look beautiful..." Levi whispered as he took his final breath and his eyes began to close. "No, no... Please... Don't leave." Petra whispered to the unconscious Levi, tears running down her cheeks. "Not yet." She wept and wept knowing that he wouldn't hear her and wouldn't wake. "I love you." Petra laid her head on top of his so their foreheads were touching. She couldn't stop herself from crying over the one she loved whom she just lost.
