In fact, they're considered "losers" by anyone with mild popularity. Scar wasn't bothered by this at all until he met Grian. Grian is without a doubt the most beautiful and popular boy in school. He's short, cute, pretty, and adorable. He's perfect in almost the whole school's eyes, especially Scar's. Others would laugh at that title, knowing he's far from it. Every physical aspect of him is like one of the ingredients for the best dessert imaginable, together, they form the sweetest thing on earth. That's just the shell of the terrible person inside though. He's rude, obnoxious, pretentious, manipulative, and most of all, sadistic. Everyone knows the stories about Grian's past lovers and the countless times he's cheated on them. Secrets spread like wildfire in their school. Many are repulsed by this, while others are attracted by it. Scar just doesn't care, he's in a state of blind love and there isn't much he wouldn't do to be with the short blonde. Or just to spend a second alone with him.

I finally finished the cover! :D Simple love story, boy meets boy, boy falls in love with boy. Except for the part where they're both closeted gays with homophobic parents. Ren's lived with his super Christian mother since his dad came out as pansexual. This happened when he was 7 and his parents divorced. He's lived a pretty carefree and average life, except for the closeted gay with a super homophobic mother part. He never gets in much trouble, has average grades, never moved homes, stayed at the same school, and had a decent sized group of friends. That was until he changed schools and met a boy who would change his life forever. Doc's life has always been a bit complicated. He has three younger siblings who he would do anything for and he's usually the one to take care of all of them since his mother and father spend most of their time at work or thinking about work. They're also mildly homophobic, so Doc never told them he's gay. His parents always pressured him to get good grades so in response he always gets in trouble at school and often picks on people, all of this while maintaining As in every course. His whole world shifts when he meets the new kid at his school.

The peaceful land of Hermitcraft is shattered when a murder takes place. Will the hermits find out who it is, or will another take place? Well hello there, if you're here then you've probably read Secrets, Struggles, & Soulmates! If not, this is a sequel of that book and you might not understand some of the references, but if you don't want to read SSS, that's completely fine! However, if you have read SSS then I'm glad you liked it enough to read the sequel! After having a wild dream about each other, Scar and Grian meet each other for the very first time.
