Mii-wa saved some of the mutagen that changed the turtles and used it to create Sophia, or Sophie as she likes to be called. But where one secret comes out, will there be another one? Gabi and Summer are in over their heads with creepy angel statues, cute but slightly annoying detectives, and dead or missing bodies for both. On top of that, they still have homework, crushes, bullies, and parents. It may take a miracle to get them through the year.

Waking in a strange place, Naomi and Mikito need to figure out what they are doing there and how to fix their problem of amnesia. Helping Raphael, Michealangelo, Donatello, and Leonardo with their quests, the girls find themselves in odd ends. However, the four turtles they are supposedly staying with aren't sure how to react to the two girls either but are determined to stay on their good side while helping them remember. Will the girls remember what their purpose in this "lair" is or will they eventually learn to live with the odd choice?
