Vance doesn't know how it happened. Him and bruce just clicked out of no where, and became good friends. Bruce faces the guilts of his parents getting mad at him losing games a lot more often, and Vance faces bullies. Even if he keeps a straight face and fights back, it does bruise him inside harsher then he wishes. And all he wishes is Bruce to notice that.

Bruce Yamada is the perfect kid, He plays baseball,he has perfect A+ grades, He has never once got detention or has been late for class until something in him changes.. Is it for good? Or is it for someone~? Vance Hopper was a polar opposite to Bruce,Vance spent his time on a pinball machine who ever messed him up..well that's a different story for now,Vance also was never really a A+ student more of a C,B or Almost All of the time a C+,he has a short temper,Vance doesn't have a lot of friends because of it,Vance was always a hothead only one person can calm him down.

Bruce was always hard on himself. His family expectations for him were often breaking him down. He knew his family only wanted the best for him, he just needed a break. Bruce found himself hanging out with the toughest guy at school...who knows? Maybe Vance is the best for him.
