After Athur's death Merlin was left to walk the Earth alone. After years and years the Legends were reborn when Albion's need was greatest. After awhile their memories were restored and they all got together. Merlin who had given up on his destiny went by Morgan Emerson and buried his memories deep. Arthur hoped to find his missing best friend before they found the problem. Merlin belongs to BBC

One day Merlin makes the statement of Arthur never being able to survive in his shoes. The prince being all cocky says he would be able to. He thinks Merlin's life is so much easier than his royal duties. What if a witch overheard the two bickering and decides to mess with them? The very next day, the two wake up in switched in different positions. No. They didn't switch bodies. Arthur is suddenly a manservant in the place of Merlin's aid. He's suddenly has this powerful magic and he is stuck being a servant. He totally already hates it. The two of them are the only ones who know about it. The rest are totally oblivious and think it has always been that way. At first, Merlin just makes Arthur do incredulous things to get back from all of the things from the previous years. The two both pull tricks on each other and slowly see how they both have it hard in their own eyes. Arthur is constantly risking his life to save Merlin and the other way around. The undeniable feelings soon start to rise and maybe this will become the best thing to happen to either one of them. ( Arthur is going to know about the magic in this story so when they switch, Merlin is just the prince and all the sudden Arthur has the magic. This way, Arthur knows of the dangers Merlin had faced for him.) A/N: I don't own Merlin. :) I only own the plot and cover I made. The plot was actually my friend's idea. Merlin never knew when he had to tag along with Arthur and his five knights that they wouldn't be returning to Camelot any time soon. While out on a hunting trip they travel a little too far and end up falling down a ditch. They wake to find them self's in a mysteries and unknown village. Everything seems to be alright but nothing is what it seems and soon they find out the secrets within the village they have came upon. What will the secret be and once they find out the secret will they be allowed to leave? It's up to Arthur and his five knights to find a way out but Merlin is facing his own problems something is calling to him and making him feel strange. It's only a matter of time before Merlin's secret is revealed too.

Arthur and Merlin become separated at the Valley of the Fallen Kings. Merlin fears he may never see his King again; meanwhile, Arthur makes discoveries of his own. Takes place in between Seasons 4 and 5.

When Arthur comes back, he finds Merlin in need of saving. Don't want to give too much away, as it is a short story! Feedback is much appreciated!

Merlin dies for a bit at the end of the series instead of Arthur.

*Starts out in the same timeline as Servant Of Two Masters* Merlin and the Knights are out on a trip, when they are suddenly attacked by a group of bandits. Merlin ends up getting hurt and is eventually captured by Morgana. Originally, she plans to use him to kill Arthur. However, what would happen if she were to see his scars? What if she were the one to discover that there's more to Merlin than meets the eye? How will she react when she finds out that Merlin is more that just a servant? ***** So like I said before this starts out with like the first 5 minutes of A Servant of Two Masters. If you have seen the scars type of stories before, this is a little bit like that. The difference is, it's Morgana that sees his scars first, which sparks some interesting conversations.
