You are a young man who his entire life lived in America. You have always been smart and been ahead of everyone in your class. You lived alone with your little sister (Who is 10) and when you had spare time at night, and could not build whatever you wanted due to the lack of money, you decided to try ad help with the crime in your city. As a way of letting your sister have a better life. You worked with what you had, and you were able to create two handguns that would shoot rubber bullets with electroshock effect. To make sure criminals would stay down without killing them. He would listen to the radio to see if there was any criminal activity. That was until you got accepted into your dream university "San Fransokyo Institute of Technology". Where you could build whatever you wanted. So you moved to Fransokyo, as your city's crime rate went way down, and your sister could have more opportunities there. After you arrived at your apartment you started your first day at the university to meet a young boy name Hiro Hamada, Honey Lemon, Wasabi, and Fred. But then there was Gogo Tomago, a young woman who caught your eye. Your first time meeting her was not exactly ideal, as you ended up knocking her bike over. Which she did not like very much. So you went home feeling awful, but your little sister made you feel better. You decide not to listen to the radio for crime, but after a few days you could not help yourself and tune in. To soon go into action after discovering a gang fight was about to go down, where innocents could get hurt. But little to your knowledge, there was already a hero group in the city.
