Riley Matthews is known to suffer from depression. She's taken several trips to rehab and each trip hasn't worked out at all. She sits in her room every day writing journal entries trying to help keep her mind off of everything, she then scrunchs up the entries and throws it out her window carelessly as if no one would read it, until one day when she's sitting in her room, a girl named Maya Hart starts to throw letters into Rileys window as a way of saying "I'm here for you" "forever.

Riley, Maya, and the rest of their friend group are finishing their sophomore year of high school together. An overnight history field trip seems simple enough. But with the two girls sharing a hotel room and their recently discovered feelings, things are bound to get complicated. Will their friendship stay the same afterwards or begin to develop into something entirely new? (I promise the later chapters are better than the first one lmao.
