Alastor and Lucifer have been together for quite some time now. Enjoying their relationship *mostly* peacefully until now. Charlie wants the staff of the hotel to go on a vacation on a cruise for about a week. Charlie, wanting Alastor to forgive a certain demon, invites Vox on the cruise with them. But Vox happens to be the least of Al's and Luci's concern. None of the art is mine or characters. This is a book 2 of The Past and the Present.

When they both are left alone and wounded on the battlefield, Alastor realizes that he feels something more than simple hatred for the short statured King of Hell. When that newfound emotion leads a rather murderous deal, and a new rising overlord threatens the hierarchy of hell will the two be able to realize they want each other through the challenges? Or will their assumed loathing for each other tear them down piece by piece? (AKA- Alastor becomes Lucifer's executioner & they are sweet but idiots about their feelings.)

Alastor woke up in a room full of rubber ducks. As he tried to sit, the room started to spin. He looked around and saw clothes and whiskey bottles strewn across the floor. Alastor looked down and saw a pale face with red circles on the corner of his mouth. Lucifer woke up, groaning. "Fuck, what happened?" He got out of bed and popped some happy pills in his mouth. Angels experience month-long molts after times of crisis or extreme stress. It just so happens being kidnapped and tortured would be a catalyst for Lucifer's molt.
