In Galra terms, 'mating' means marriage though the process of it is close to exactly what you would expect from the word, though it is a long process that contains several steps including leaving permanent scars on both partner's bodies to tell others that they are already taken. Once the process is completed the two partners will be each others mates, as one would expect, how is this relevant to team Voltron? Let's just say a certain red Paladin happens to be Zarkon and Haggar's grandson and he and a certain green Paladin had acted upon the mating process permanently claiming each other, however when the rest of the team finds out that one of their team members is the enemy's species, he is exiled from the team, but what happens when Pidge discovers that she is pregnant with Keith's baby?
