SYNOPSIS "Why will you do this to me? What have I ever done to you to deserve this?" I asked feeling really broken. You know what they say, it is not the back stabbing that hurts but the person behind it. Out of Everyone here, she was the one I trusted the most. I thought we were perfect but I guess I was wrong. They are all the same! Every single one of them. "Anike, believe me when I say it was a mistake. I was angry and hurt and I had no idea what I was doing. What I was saying." I nodded at her poor excuse and walked out of the hall. I just want to get out of here. I can't take it anymore. ************* Anike Coker, the new student at The Royals Academy, smart and shy, nerdy and Nice, she was just too innocent for the school, or more specifically the class. Filled with fake friends and enemies, will she be able to survive the last two years at this school? Will she be able to find peace anywhere? This is the book one of the vices series. It talks about the vices and issues teenagers get involved in. No part of this book should be stolen or copied. I thought to myself, I could not possibly be the only teenage girl out there who wants to grow deeper and stronger in faith. I could not possibly be the only teenage girl out there who is struggling in living the Christian life. There has got to be other teenage people out there who can relate with what I am going through. So I had this idea of posting this for people out there to see. This is not a devotional. This is more like a faith journal. How and what I write here is like how I write in my notebook that is just between me and God. Only, I'm sharing it with you.

Nolan vows never to let anyone in ever again-they always leave. But on a summer day two years later, when the super upbeat, Nora walks to his lunch table-Nolan has to try a bit harder to keep a smile off his face. Little does he know that Nora is fighting a battle of her own, one that no one could even imagine. And as the two get closer, they not only find solace in each other but in God. When Nolan is faced with a situation in which he has to break Nora's trust to protect her, can their budding relationship still stand and will God show up in all of this? [[word count: 80,000-90,000 words]] Content and/or Trigger Warning: This story contains scenes of verbal and physical abuse that may be triggering for some readers. NOTICE: Before the Morning is currently undergoing revisions! A sensitivity reader (someone who goes through your manuscript and assesses representations in your work) identified a number of issues surrounding the Filipino representation in BTM. I'm rewriting with the goal of creating a more authentic and respectful story. I'm sorry for the pain I caused by failing to include accurate Filipino culture and in having written from Nora's point of view.

FROM A CHRISTIAN GIRL'S PERSPECTIVE "The internet can be used as our voice and writing this book is an opportunity for me to share my beliefs to others and fulfill my purpose of making disciples and glorifying God."-Marielle Hey! You came across this book not by accident but by His will. Whether you're curious about Christianity or if you're still a young Christian or you've been Christian for a long time, this book is for you. I am just a growing Christian girl who wants to share what God has done in my life, what He has promised for us, great song suggestions, advice and stuff. I'm sorry if the grammar is not perfect or if I have typos but I'll try to correct those. If you're still reading this, I want you to know that you are so much more than who you think you are. However, if you will just go to the comment section to bash me because of my faith, you are just wasting your time. Remember that we each have our own beliefs and you should respect that. Honor God. Make Disciples. P.S. Message me anytime if you want to talk about anything or want to ask for advice. But most importantly, talk to God first. Enitan Alaide, a 24-year-old dreamer, believes she has found the love of her life in Nathan Adakole. Swept off her feet by his charm and grand gestures, she envisions a future filled with love, marriage, and family. But love, she soon learns, is not always what it seems. Nathan, 28, is Africa's golden boy-Forbes 30 Under 30, heir to the multibillion-naira Avalon Group, and a man with a very grand ambition. When the weight of his legacy comes crashing down, love is no longer at the forefront-it becomes collateral damage. Forced to choose between the woman he claims to love and the empire he has spent his life preparing to inherit, Nathan's world unravels with shocking revelations. His father, the man he wants to become, is not only corrupt but also attempts to murder Enitan. His mother is not his mother, and his entire existence is built on a lie. As the sins of his family threaten to destroy everything, he is given an impossible ultimatum-marry his ex, Annabelle, to save Avalon and keep his father out of prison. Caught between duty and desire, Nathan must decide: Is love worth sacrificing everything for, or is power the only thing that truly endures? Enitan, meanwhile, comes to a heartbreaking realization-she was never Nathan's love story, just another conquest. In a world where love and ambition collide, where betrayal is a language the Adokole's speak fluently, Nathan and Enitan must navigate the blurred lines between devotion and destruction. But when the dust settles, only one truth remains-not all that glitters is love. 📚Cover is subject to subsequent change.

Currently available in paper form on Amazon ! "Why do you do that? Why do you dress like that? Why can't you be like any other girl?" Elijah asked Rachel with curiosity, the girl who was now hugging her books protectively as she looked at her long grey dress she loved so much. "What?" Rachel asked, confused. She couldn't understand why Elijah Bornman, the boy who made everyone crave for his attention, was talking to her. "You heard me." He said, his cold blue eyes never leaving her warm chocolate ones. And with a deep breath, Rachel replied, her voice confident: "Because I am not ashamed of the Gospel."
