When Will and Mike were 12, they made a bet. the rules were that the person of the two to get their first kiss, wins. (and they couldn't initiate it.) This became very difficult after they discovered their feelings for one another. They both felt this way, but couldn't act on it, because of the bet. (yes it may sound stupid that they're now 14 and won't kiss each other because of a bet but shh) changes I made: Mike and Jane never dated. This isn't set in a specific time period, so there's phones and stuff. If anything isn't accurate it has to be that way for the purpose the the fic.
