Across the ocean, the first American fully-fledged tank class is created, with the US Armed Forces at the helm. And numerous other countries attempting to do the same, challenging Japanese hegemony over the sport, With two years to go before the beginnings of the International Pro League tournament, the newly reformed Sensha-Dō federation has decided to revive the Winter Continuous track Cup, The first time this tournament has been held in two decades. One of the student council members of Ōarai decided that this tournament is the key to securing their future, Another certain transfer student sees an opportunity to show off their ability to their newfound superiors. With this, Ōarai sets out to fight this new battle, against new schools, old friends, and perhaps, even something else.... Is this a risk they are willing to take? Why yes... yes it is......

Numerous schools attempt to hop on this new path to recognition. However, not everyone sees Hikōki-dō as a mere local sport. The United States has seen exceptional success in their students in the wargame of Sensha-dō. With this, a new threat arises to shine the spotlight away from them.... The People's Republic of China, the great power of the east. With the Chinese involvement in the sport, the United States cannot sit back and be docile, It must act. At the school of Ōarai, the boys on the local Sensha-dō team are racking up victory after victory, But times change, and a requisition back home will change the face of aerial motorsports forever. Now, join a group of young American pilots as they vy for dominance of the skies. On their journey to become, THE TOP GUNS. However, unbeknownst to all of them, a new threat emerges at a place once thought of only as a myth to the masses. With Ōarai triumphant in the 63rd National Sensha-dō tournament, and their means of triumph dwarfing anyone's expectations. The world of Sensha-dō is now thoroughly shaken, With Ōarai now welcoming their new boy contenders with open arms, and leaving ripples in the world that don't go unnoticed.... More and more countries are ready to get their own masculine representatives in on the action. And some old thinkers still cling to the old ways, unable to accept change. With this, a new threat emerges on the horizon, Will the boys, girls and their newfound international counterparts find a way to deal with this new threat? Why, yes, yes they will.....
