A GIF-inspired, not-quite-enemies to lovers, crime-caper, Erkenci Kus AU. Can Divit and Sanem Aydin work in different spectrums of law enforcement. A family emergency brings them together in Istanbul, handling the same case - and battling both crime, and a mutual attraction.

*SERIES COMPLETE* This series of one-shots/short stories/scene extensions/episode specs will be the telling of Sanem and Can's story as inspired by Prince's music. I love Prince. I love Can and Sanem. I couldn't help but relate Prince's lyrics to CanEm's love story as I listened. This is an experiment...The idea is interesting to me--we shall see how interesting it is to others. :) Some parts will be rated G, and some will be R. Sanem Aydin is an autonomous beautiful young woman with her own perfume and cream business, who lives a quiet bohemian life, loves to dance and who only wishes to find her prince, the love of her life, one day soon...but will she find the right kind of prince, the kind she can trust her heart to..? ***Adult contents (NOT PORN) = pure lovemaking (yes, which means some hot, romantic sex with very much love included ;)*** ************************************************************** To me, Erkenci Kuş is the most mesmerizing story I've ever seen on screen, I adore Canem and always will. After watching it a hundred times with spanish and english subtitles and after reading so many fantastic fanfiction stories here on Wattpad, I wanted to give my own story a try. Mostly is about to try to understand how deep their feelings got for each other in a very short time, how bad jealousy can be, how it can hurt and how it can make a person act. I am quite romantic, so a happy ending is a must! And some sex as well, (as sex was not needed in EK but would have been appreciated, for sure) at least I will give it a try. =) My story is definitely not so conservative as EK, characters are not being so traditional, it's about a more modern lifestyle. Sanem is a new detective trying to prove herself to her captain and department. Can is a world traveler and photographer who tries to help his best friend Metin, a lawyer who is working on exposing a major illegal arms deal involving some of Istanbul's highest officials. While trying to expose one of the biggest political scandal in Turkey, Can is framed for homicide. Sanem is given the case to gather evidence for an apparently guilty suspect. Once Can and Sanem's worlds collide, nothing will ever be the same again. This is an AU story of Erkenci Kus.The characters are not exactly the same as the show but certain aspects of their personalities are kept.
