We all know the classic story of Izuku Midoriya. But this story however deviates from that destiny. Instead, this is the tale of of a different torch, one that stems from the world beyond. A torch that carries hundreds upon thousands upon millions of Alien DNA samples from across the universe, a watch; The Omnitrix. Ever curious to see what would've became of Izuku Midoriya had he inherited the Omnitrix instead of One For All? The path he would've been sent down instead of All Might's successor? What makes a hero? There wasn't really a right or wrong answer. Some said it was how many people you save, regardless of your initial intentions. Others argued it was how powerful you were in terms of defeating villains. To Midoriya Izuku, it was your intentions and beliefs. It was if you chose to do the right thing. It was having a kind heart. So why, when he stood before the number one hero - his idol, his inspiration, the man who gave him the will to live - did he feel heartbroken? That wasn't what a hero was supposed to make civilians feel, right? They were supposed to protect and comfort. Not crush dreams. Or; Midoriya Izuku is only a middle-schooler. A kid. There is only so much a kid can take... And an interaction with his idol pushed him a little too far. But that small push might've changed his life forever... It...It almost feels like a dream. The heroes and sidekicks who are gathered in this hall alongside me are not the same ones I knew before our battle. I am not the same. As I stand here in front of you all, dear citizens...I tell you now that we are facing something the likes of which we've never encountered. We arrived at the sight of the incident at Aldera Junior High and what we found was something I can only describe as an egg. Not even an hour after we arrived and got the civilians and students out of the way, it hatched, and out came...Something. Calling it a dragon or even a wyvern would have been overly generous. It was roughly dragon shaped, what with its wings, tail and four legs. And yet it just...Wasn't. I-it was unlike any form of life I had ever seen. The silhouette of something familiar was there, but that was it. None of us knew what it was that we were dealing with besides a problem. Especially once it began lunging at us, screaming and wailing in ways that I'll...I'll never forget.
