Connor Luthor doesn't want to be his father's son. Being rich makes you known for all the wrong reasons. Connor doesn't want people to be his friend just because his father can buy out the football stadium for his sixteenth birthday party or get VIP access virtually everywhere in the world. He wants someone to be his friend because he's Connor, the boy with anger issues, unusual strength and smarts, and an obsession with wearing the same black t-shirt with the red diamond-shaped shield. Regular humans don't seem to be working out for Connor, so maybe he needs someone not so terrestrial. Maybe what he needs is a shy, alien girl who looks just like an Angel. Wally's gone. Richard's gone. Willow's gone. Emma is too afraid of anyone else leaving her. Finding her home, her old life, and being asked a certain question makes Willow re-examine her life. With the loss of the original Kid Flash, things are changing-- for the Earth and its coveted heroes. Lex Luthor, a longtime enemy of the League, receives a position on the UN council, and with the defeat of the Reach, Earth has been thrust right into the galactic spotlight. Impulse becomes the new Kid Flash, Aqualad takes on an apprentice, and both Nightwing and Wildfire, for their own personal reasons, have left the team. Then, when old friends of Superboy and Wildfire appear with news of Wally West--alive--the team jumps at the opportunity to bring their speedster home. Can Nightingale save her big brother? Can Wildfire save the family she's always dreamed of? Can Emma make peace with the ghosts of her past? Can Willow silence Pyro once and for all? Jaina is an human alien. No one, not even the Guardians of the Universe, know where she is from. And she can't remember. Green Lanterns Hal Jordan and John Stewart found her when her unidentifiable spaceship crash-landed on the dark side of the moon and was chosen by a Green Lantern ring. Now, as the new Girl Lantern, Jaina is offered a place on the Justice League's Co-ops team of sidekicks. She's not very happy with the connotation "sidekick", but she's not going to sit around all day and twiddle her thumbs either. As she grows closer to the covert ops team, Jaina finds memories that connect with each member, memories she is very certain aren't really about the team at all... The Justice League better be careful, because at the rate things are going, the team isn't going to be very 'luctant' to just hand Jaina over when her friends come looking for her.
