When Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadance disappear from Equestria, and Misako, Garmadon, and Sensei Wu disappear from Ninjago, the ninja and Morro must join forces with the Mane 6 and Sunset Shimmer before all three of their worlds and the universe falls apart.

Sonic and friends are teleported into another world called Equestria.They are trying to get back to Mobius but they need the Chaos Emeralds to get back.Six ponys are asking to join them and help them get back home.They are Rainbow Dash,Twilight Sparkle,Applejack,Pinkie Pie,Rarity,and Fluttershy. Their problem is Eggman teamed up with Discord and they are trying to rule over Equestria and trying to get rid of the ponys and Sonic and friends. Sonic,Shadow,Knuckles,and Tails all have a crush on the ponys but at the same time they are trying to get back to Mobius. What will happen?Will Sonic and friends go back to Mobius or will they stay in Equestria forever and never go back home?

The Mane Six and Colt Six accidentally get sent twenty years into the past and team up with their younger selves in order to return to their own time period.
