The world is split in two by a fence separating the upper Class and the lower Lawless societies. Class are raised to hate Lawless, believing them to be dangerous and uncivilised, with the exception of Dove Amor. It's one thing when she begins to question the morals of Class and another when Sage Creed appears in her bedroom one night, holding a knife to her neck when he gets caught on the wrong side of the fence. *mature & language warning*

One thing leads to another, and the two find themselves in unprofessional settings where their masks slowly come off, showing how similar they are, and just how much they might need each other. "Loved this story. It had everything that makes a story amazing. Fuming hot chemistry. Believable flawed characters that changed and matured through chapters. " - loriblu2000 "This was just the kind of story I've been looking for. So cute and also realistic. I adored the characters and their banters sooo much." - draama__queen "I absolutely adore Layla and Lucas and and they are characterized so beautifully that it's almost impossible for them not to become instant favorites." - Wisal13 "I LOVE Layla's strong character, the strong female lead because it's literally so rare, especially on Wattpad, and I loved that the male lead, not once tried to show how MANLY he is and exert his power because of his insecurities, like in most books." - maddylewis998 "This book made me laugh , cry and did some other things too hehe.. This is one of the best rom-com books I've ever read I have to re-read again.. Lots of love" - jamsniee "Sooo I started reading this at 1am and finished at 10:30 am... and it was so fking worth it! Everyone who works within the New York Warriors organization knows that star player August Fletcher refuses to talk to most people...and especially team reporters. All except Quinn Castle, that is. Quinn doesn't know why the broody football player has singled her out, but she knows she doesn't like it-not when being around him and his hot gazes makes her feel like she might accidentally do something that risks her career. So when August unexpectedly retires, Quinn can't help but feel relieved...until she finds herself with a new assignment: spend the summer in August's hometown on Evergreen Isle and write a flashy retirement piece on the Warrior's biggest star. It would be easy enough...if it weren't for the team's secret agenda: convince August to return to New York. It would be easy enough...if it weren't her job on the line if she doesn't see it through. It would be easy enough...if it weren't for the heat in August Fletcher's eyes.

In which an underground fighter in desperate need of anger management and a snarky mafia boss make a deal with an explosive reaction. ... Some people were born lucky with silver spoons in their mouths and trust funds established long before they were born; others were born with dirt underneath their fingernails, barely scraping by. Twenty-three-year-old underground fighter Linus Ward was used to the latter. Raised in the foster system and bounced from one bad situation to another, Linus learned early on that surviving wasn't a simple task but having his foster siblings did make it a lot easier. However, when Linus' foster sister got caught up in a con gone wrong, what should've been a routine identity switch and a clean getaway ended with spilled blood on her hands and a target on her back. To guarantee his sister's safety, Linus was forced to make a deal with someone as dangerous as the people hunting him: recently-named mafia boss Teodoro Raymond. A paid bodyguard position with guaranteed safety should have been a good thing. Yet, when sparks started to fly and the lines between protection and obsession blur, Linus was left to decide if he was clawing his way out of the world that's always tried to chew him up, or falling even deeper into it.

''Tell me how it feels,'' he whispers. "Good," I gasp, my entire body trembling. Deeper. Harder. Perfect. Like we've been doing this for years. His hand finds my jaw, fingers firm as he tilts my head up, making me look at him. And that's it. Waves of heat zip to my toes as my nails scrape down his back. I don't think about what comes next -- him pulling his shirt on and leaving. I don't feel heartbroken when I imagine myself alone in here. It's casual, our intimacy. And it's too late to renegotiate. ***** When Fox hooks up with his new roommate at a masked club, he has no idea their fling is just the beginning. The woman he's living with is the same girl who shared candy with him under a playground slide. π™π™š 𝙛𝙖𝙑𝙑𝙨 π™›π™žπ™§π™¨π™© π™π™š 𝙛𝙖𝙑𝙑𝙨 π™π™–π™§π™™π™šπ™§ π™π™š 𝙛𝙖𝙑𝙑𝙨 𝙖𝙑𝙑 π™€π™«π™šπ™§ π™–π™œπ™–π™žπ™£ STANDALONE NOVEL *ANGSTY EMOTIONAL SLOW BURN *MEN YEARNING Copyright Β© 2024-present Laurel Montaze (immoralLaurel).
