Seventeen-year-old Elizabeth Burrough has never felt more alone since the death of her father. Ostracized at school and ignored at home by her perpetually grieving mother, Elizabeth's only source of comfort is her favorite book filled with daring swordfights and swashbuckling pirates. But when she wakes up one morning to discover she's somehow been sucked into the novel, it seems the glamorous world of nineteenth century England may be more perilous than she'd ever expected. And when the striking but harsh Captain Carter Mcleod decides he can use Elizabeth for his own gain, she is suddenly thrust into the treacherous world of deceit, envy, and revenge that seems to encircle the pirates. But as Elizabeth starts to grow closer to Carter, she starts to realize that nothing is truly all that it seems. And when Carter decides Elizabeth's help is imperative to finding something he has spent years searching for, the dangers that lurk beneath the surface of the polished nobility start to rise around her. In a place where it seems no one is completely trustworthy and where darkness hides around every corner, Elizabeth must figure out a way to survive long enough to get back home. That is, if she even wants to.

Infinite world of Ella Jane is now a podcast! Tune in now! All episodes live on your favorite podcast apps. The universe has accidental holes but perhaps the unraveling chaos has nothing to do with accidents. Ella Jane, or EJ, isn't one for social gatherings, especially after the recent death of her father. But when her best friend drags her to a party, and the arrogant school jock throws her into the pool, EJ finds herself waking up to his face on a train in a strange new world-Estonasia, a parallel universe that eerily mirrors the paintings of her late father. And the person on the train is not him but a doppelganger... Turns out Estonasia is torn apart by interdimensional, flesh-eating creatures and a power vacuum left by the disappearance of EJ's doppelganger, a missing military general. The Empire desperately needs saving. Pressed by the Crown Princess and Prince to impersonate the missing military general, EJ is forced to step in and help restore peace and save the Empire. At first, EJ rejects this new reality, desperate to escape back to her world. But as she delves deeper into the Empire's conflict, she uncovers a shocking truth: her father's death may be more connected to this world than she ever realized-and she herself is far more entwined with its ancient struggles than she could have ever imagined. And if things weren't complicated enough, an interdimensional romance might be brewing with the person who found her, the apprentice to the royal physicist...

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, is an American children's novel written by author L. Frank Baum and illustrated by W. W. Denslow, originally published by the George M. Hill Company in Chicago on May 17, 1900. It has since been reprinted on numerous occasions, most often under the title The Wizard of Oz, which is the title of the popular 1902 Broadway musical as well as the iconic 1939 musical film adaptation. The story chronicles the adventures of a young farm girl named Dorothy in the magical Land of Oz, after she and her pet dog Toto are swept away from their Kansas home by a cyclone. The novel is one of the best-known stories in American literature and has been widely translated. Its groundbreaking success and the success of the Broadway musical adapted from the novel led Baum to write thirteen additional Oz books that serve as official sequels to the first story.
