A National Guard platoon led by Captain Tyler Masden has ninety minutes to escape Des Moines before the Air Force rains hellfire upon their heads.

In one day, the world succumbed to a pestilence that decimated the living. In its place rose a new species: vicious, gruesome, wandering zombies with an insatiable hunger for the living. Still in her twenties, Cash has watched her friends die, only to walk again. An office worker with few survival skills, she joins up with Clutch, a grizzled Army veteran with PTSD. Together, they flee the city and struggle through the nine circles of hell, with nothing but Clutch's military experience and Cash's determination to live. As they fight to survive in the zombie inferno, they quickly discover that nowhere is safe from the undead...or the living. (100 Days in Deadland is a journey through the first poem in Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, the classic tale on the horrors of hell... zombie apocalypse style!) (Note: This is a draft so please excuse any errors. The finished novel is available in paperback, ebook, and audiobook).

The seven deadly sins with a shambling twist. It has been one hundred days since the zombies claimed the world. Cash, along with forty-two survivors, have found safety in the secluded and well-guarded Fox National Park. The leaves are changing colors, a beautiful, brutal reminder that winter is coming. As the survivors prepare for freezing months without electricity and not enough food, they learn of massive zombie herds several hundred miles north...and headed their way. To save the park, Cash must find a place for the survivors to hide from the migrating herds. If Cash and her small band of volunteers don't succeed by winter, the Fox survivors just may become Deadland's Harvest. (Deadland's Harvest is a journey through Dante Alighieri's classic tale on the seven deadly sins... zombie apocalypse style!) (Note: This is a draft so please excuse any errors. "The Tell-Tale Heart" is a short story by American writer Edgar Allan Poe, first published in 1843. It is relayed by an unnamed narrator who endeavors to convince the reader of his sanity while simultaneously describing a murder he committed. The victim was an old man with a filmy "vulture-eye", as the narrator calls it. The narrator emphasizes the careful calculation of the murder, and he hides the body by dismembering it, and hiding it under the floorboards. Ultimately, the narrator's feelings of guilt, or a mental disturbance, result in him hearing a thumping sound, which he interprets as the dead man's beating heart. Cover by the lovely @FayLane.

Andromeda never asked for this. She never asked for her father to leave, she never asked for everyone to hate her, she never asked to leave her small little world and be forced out into something new and frightening. She didn't ask to be born into this sick and twisted world, and she definitely didn't ask to die for it. So what was she doing? Travelling the Wastelands? Fighting creatures she'd never even heard of before? Running from people who wanted her dead? Meeting just about the strangest people you could ever meet and somehow, incredibly, making more friends than she had ever thought possible. All in search of one man? A man who had left her for dead back in Vault 101? Was she really so stupid? The answer was yes, yes she was. Because that man was her father and the only family she had. And despite all that had happened, she loved him. So yes, she was stupid and crazy, but she was stuck out here anyway so she may as well do something. ..... I, of course, do not own Fallout 3 in any way, shape or form. This is purely a not for profit fan work.

March 3rd, 2077 I never thought it would happen, but it did. The only reason I survived the outbreak was because of my background. I'm still surviving. I just keep going. Never staying in one place too long, because that's how you get killed. Whether it's by other survivors, or the dead. When the disease broke out, many people died. The disease kills you fast, then regenerates the body. Once you are one of the dead you are faster, stronger, and more likely to kill then be killed. People couldn't fight them, that's why they died. My name is Zarella and I am fighting through this one day at a time. I don't have a plan, but who ever does in this situation? I found this journal, and decided I would write my story in it. I titled my story Forever Surviving, because that's what it feels like. The more you read of this journal, the more you will either love me or hate me. If the world must come to an end, God, don't let me be the only one left to watch it fall.
