Wilbur, the second prince of L'manburg, is captured by Quackity, the King of Las Nevada's as his prize to winning the war. Wilbur is forcibly submerged into the role of being the King's personal consort. He is locked away, cold, starved and malnourished as the King of Las Nevada's decides what deeds Wilbur Soot will provide for him. The King, thinking it will be easy to win his obedience, is proven wrong, learning that Wilbur Soot is quite the challenge to tear down piece by piece. A new girl moves into town and is now in quackity's school. She falls in love with one of the boys that shoves and bosses people around. And his name is Wilbur soot. Quackity gets jealous cause he's actually liked this Wilbur kid for awhile now and since this girl started coming she might actually have a chance with him and it upsets quackity. Though he's tried moving on and looking for other boys or maybe even trying a girl but it just doesn't work out he wants Wilbur and only Wilbur.

Quackity and Wilbur were always fighting. He didn't like Wilbur because the stupid brit would be lovey dovey around Quackity 24/7. Plus, Wilbur isn't even allowed in Las Nevadas (Quackity's presidential country) because he'd blow it up if he got the chance. Well, that's what Quackity thought. Quackity never really enjoyed Wilbur's company, but deep inside he sort of did. Usually Quackity 'd worried whenever Wilbur wouldn't show up at the usual time he did. But, then again, they "hate" each other, they're rivals! Wilbur has a hamburger van he calls Paradise, with his coworker, Ranboo, While Quackity had the Casino Restaurant. Wilbur usually decided to give it a little "space" anytime he saw it.
