This guy doesn't fit in at the SDN (Superhero Dispatch Network) anywhere, so he gets put in the waste basket after a week of being a facility technician at the Torrance branch. By waste basket, I meant shoehorned into the successful Phoenix Program. Did he find his place in the Z-Team, or is he going to keep getting tossed back and forth through life like a football?
