It has been 10 years after the Legend of Raimon's Soccer Team : Inazuma Eleven. Matsukaze Tenma joins Raimon in hopes to become a great soccer player. After joining the soccer club he finds out about the new enemy name Fifth Sector who have turn the soccer association fall in to the darkness and wants to make the soccer organization under their control. But Endou Mamoru, Coach of Raimon makes sure not to let Raimon fall under their hands. Will Raimon be able to win their way through the football frontier tournament? But what happens when Raimon's enemy is not only fifth sector but also group of unnamed players who constantly attacks their members. Are the unknown players working for fifth sector? Fifth Sector is a group that has regulated soccer within Japan and are trying to take over the world with regulated soccer. They use SEEDS who are specially trained children or Imperials who help Fifth Sector. . Matsukaze Tenma, a boy who has shut himself out from others, barely speaking, but his love for soccer says enough. One day he went to help a puppy but once he got it out, some wooden planks started falling. That day was the day when everything changed, the day were one ball saved his life and gave his his life for soccer. The day one soccer player saved a boy who had grown up to become the wind that blows away the storm. One day he will change Raimon and the whole soccer world forever... . But then, something happened... a while after Tenma begun playing soccer, or trying to learn, with his interest on dribbling; while playing on the park with his mum and dad... he wasn't the same after that incident; that was the day in which he became an orphan. Will Raimon eleven be able to break him out of his shell? Can Tenma finally find safety and let himself open up again?
