Luke Hemmings is a homeless boy living on the streets of London. He has been alone for so long, he's forgotten what it's like to have a friend. What it's like to have someone actually care for you, to care about you. That is until Ashton Irwin, a 19 year old with a teenage girl giggle, stumbles into his life. Ashton shares a house with his school friends Michael Clifford and Calum Hood, and when he finds Luke out on the cold streets, he helps give him a home. After all those years of being ignored by everyone who passes him, Luke isn't used to human interaction and doesn't fit in well with the boys. Will Ashton be able to help Luke, or will Luke stay cold forever?

"Not our fault lukes fat!" Ashton yells with a giggle, Michael and Calum laugh at the drummers choice of a joke, all of them glancing back to the laptop. What everyone misses though is the way Luke frowns slightly, and presses a hand over his tummy, he rubs an arm up and down his side for the rest of the twitcam, 'lukes fat..lukes fat...lukes fat' He chants over and over in his head. 'I'll be perfect, i won't stop until i am perfect.'

The last thing Ashton ever wanted to do was hurt Luke, but he couldn't help it. The singer was just so beautiful, so ethereal and otherworldly that it took his breath away most of the time. Everyone felt that way about their best friend though, right? It was normal. No use getting unnecessary feelings involved, it was better this way. Luke understood. Luke wasn't sure when this thing between him and Ashton started, or how it started, but it didn't matter. He was in too deep to go back now. So Luke would let Ashton use him, hurt his feelings and crawl back with apologies. Because at the end of the day, even when Luke had to watch Ashton leave the bar with a new pretty blonde each night, he knew the drummer would eventually end up back in his bed. And Luke told himself he was okay with that.
