Book 7 Alex wasn't sure if she could go through with this insane plan. She'd left behind her family once before. She didn't want to go through that again. But Dumbledore had left her very little choice in the matter, and then died, so she couldn't even back out. Coupled with an idiot boyfriend and an annoying secret cousin, it's a wonder she doesn't go mad. At least weddings usually make for good fun and relaxation. She could use some of that.
