It was raining heavily in Delhi. Thunder rumbled through the sky as flashes of lightning lit it up. But inside Abhira's room, another kind of storm was raging-one of emotions, words, and heartbreak.
"What is your motive behind this?" Abhimanyu asked, frustration lacing his voice.
"I have no ulterior motive, Abhi. I just want you to be happy-whether it's with me or without me," Radhika replied softly.
"I am not made for love, Radhika. Humare beech sirf sauda hua hai, pyaar nahi. So stay away from me," he shouted, storming out.
("What we have is just a deal, not love.")
"Chahe tum isey sauda kaho, Abhi... par mere liye humari shaadi sach thi, aur hamesha rahegi. Main tumhe badal kar rahungi, Abhi. Yeh mera wada hai," Radhika thought, tears streaming silently.
("Even if you call it a deal... for me, our marriage was real.")
