Not only does the story not follow its written path, but Evan finds herself thrown into the middle of the magic and wonder as she finds that she must fight for her own life now as well. I wrote this before The Dark Artifices/The Last Hours/Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy came out, sorry if something is different if you're reading this after they are published. He arrives mysteriously in New York where he is found by the New York Institute Shadowhunters. Except he's been dead for 78 years. (My bios are really bad. Just try the story.)
