Naruto ends up being born without any chakra, as the only being in the world without this energy, however, he received something else in return. Naruto has the Pika Pika no Mi. Minato and Kushina are alive.

Naruto was tricked by Mizuki the second time he attempted the exam instead of the third time. This change leads to an avalanche of events that brings a huge change to the plot.
