Portsmouth Virginia was just an average city in the un-average state of Virginia. It's a city of roughly 100,000 citizens and a common city for military personnel to live. The city itself is one of the lesser known regions of Hamptons Roads but being home to successful stars made her nationally more recognized, almost along the lines of her sister cities Norfolk and Virginia Beach. It's climate is normally moderately warm, even in the winter although there's a touch of snow every few years or so. It's robust with famous land marks and buildings and is even home to Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Sure it had it's share of crime but really what city doesn't. It was for the most part a nice place to raise a family of you found a good neighborhood. But as it always is, all good things come to an end...
