Eren is abused at home and has to put up with constant bullying at school. His mother committed suicide in front of him and his dad blames it on him. Levi has bipolar disorder, PTSD, and anxiety, also he has psychotic breakdowns. Eren suffers from anxiety. Levi is a guy who has a depressing past, so much so that he's been sent to a psych ward, for attempting suicide. Eren who is also a patient at the psych ward, has to share a room with Levi. Which annoys eren, because he is kept up most nights from Levi's psychotic breakdowns, and nurses have to come in and restrain him, from harming eren, or even himself.

When an Alpha and Omega come of age, they will go to a mate ritual. This is an event where Alphas and Omegas come to meet at a place to search who they would like to mate with. The mate ritual is only available for Alphas and Omegas of the ages of 10 years old. They will then meet again when the alpha and omega are 15, they will spend time together to see if their feelings have changed or stayed, they will then seal their bond with words of acceptance. After years and years Eren is now 24 and now was the head doctor in his own hospital. He had lost all of his weight and was as skinny as a twig although he was still 5'4. Levi was now 6'2 and now 26 had finished college and had been job hunting when he came upon a job at a hospital. Though he didn't know the kid he bullied daily in middle school would be his boss. While working with the younger, shorter male a bittersweet love had blossomed between the two.
