What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.

Izuku Snow-Allen, born to Barry Allen (The Flash) & Caitlin Snow-Allen (Frost), was sent to live in Japan with a family friend in order to keep Izuku safe from Barry's arch nemesis Eobard Thawne (The Reverse Flash). Years later, Izuku gets framed by the League Of Villains and nearly everyone turned their backs on him. Then 3 months later, Izuku's released after evidence was gathered by his family and those who believed him and also the L.O.V revealing they framed Izuku. And after being released, Izuku along with those who stuck with him all left U.A to move to America to continue being superheroes, with Izuku continuing his family's legacy as Impulse and eventually coming to confront the one man who his father can't seem to stop.

Izuku yagi the son of inko yagi and toshinori yagi. Izuku was happy until the day of the quirk doctor vist which changed his life. His mom was the only one who stuck with him. The day he got into ua was supposed to begin new happy time for Izuku. But one day he found his girlfriend Toru cheating with the most least likely guy Mineta. Izuku's life got worse when Toru lied and said he cheated and abused her. The only people who didnt believe her was Nezu,Aizawa,Midnight,Class 1B,The Big 3,and Ochako. One night Izuku met 2 people who changed his life forever.(For those who like kacchako your sick why would she date the guy who told her crush to kill himself and for those who hate cheating or betraying ochako stories. You wont find that with me if you do Izuku would be strong and dominant he would destroy who she laying with and "punish" her so chill)

It was a regular day at UA when suddenly, a green lightning bolt struck the campus. When class 1A and the teachers went to inspect, they were met with a group of kids no older than 13. What they didn't know that those kids were looking at that parents from the past and a certain green haired kid was the father.

We see young Izuku on top of a building after being told he can never be a hero by his idol and secretly his father all might he was so devastated that he thought of what his sister said to him earlier but something inside him told him "NO" a little scared but went to the beach where he and his "family" and "childhood friends" but something he hear while going to the beach made him feel an emotion he has never felt ever in his life rage. Izuku Midoriya, announced as quirkless by the doctor. Knocking down Izuku further down the ladder, Izuku was shunned, not only by society, but by his family. The family he've come to love. His mother ignores him, ignores the state he's in. His best friend, Katsuki Bakugou, bullies him. He was his friend or so he thought. Izuku had a quirk since the beginning however the doctor thought it would leave Izuku vulnerable to villains who would want to use Izuku's quirk. Before the doctor told the family about the children's quirks, he pulled aside Izuku about his quirk and to act sad and quirkless. This quirk allows him to summon any military related weaponry, personnel (Soldiers, Engineers, Cooks etc.) and vehicles. It also gives Izuku increased intelligence, a holographic projection of where his troops are and possible enemy location. The downside to this, however, is that Izuku becomes more ruthless, almost like a dictator when overuse. Deciding enough is enough, Izuku ran away from the hellhole he thought was home. They didn't deserve Izuku anyway. Only caring for power over personality. Finding a man he would soon call father and mentor. This man is Hisashi Midoriya. **The story hasn't been rewritten yet. Story moved from Izuku Yagi to Izuku Midoriya story.**

Izuku Yagi the ninth wielder of one for all was living a peaceful life. He was the stepson of Toshinori Yagi(All Might) and son of Inko Yagi(Green Telek) and the twin brother of Izumi Yagi. He was in his dream school UA and has his girlfriend Ochaco Uraraka by his side and trustworthy friends until he was betrayed by his friends and family as the UA traitor. But what happens next..... However he was betrayed by the entire academy, his family and even his girlfriends. For the next two years he suffer and torture within Tartarus Prison. However the universal God then just retired and choose Izuku to become his successor.
