A 'One Piece' Fanfiction Miya had been raised as a Marine her entire life. Instead of her "father" (later publically revealed as her step-father) planning the funeral, he brushed off Vice Admiral Leyla's death like nothing happened and didn't bother to show his face at the funeral. Instead, Monkey D. Garp, a close friend of Leyla's, led the former Marine's funeral and oversaw her burial in 5-year-old Miya's place. Garp looked after her while her step-father ran off constantly, and so did the other three admirals. Soon, Miya shot through the ranks with absolute ease. She was known as a Marine prodigy, and she soon was announced the fourth admiral. She was a semi-secret...the Admirals' shadow. She took on missions the others were too busy for or brushed off, and she attended all meetings as the fourth admiral or an official step-in of one of the admirals. After joining a pirate crew, she consumed logia-type devil fruit. This was some time before the battle of Marineford, where she officially and permanently sethered ties with the Navy, earning her a huge bounty, especially after they learned her family lineage. Find out her family tree, and discover her adventure through reading "Admiral Miya" now!

Salom D. Ashlo. A fighting 16-year-old teenager who fled his "home island" and went out to sea with his partner and pooch, Champ. Champ is a young 2-year-old Australian shepherd who was a loyal companion to Ashlo. After escaping 26 captures from Marine troops; stealing from bandits and pirates; and singlehandedly taking out small groups of bandits, pirates, and Marines; Ashlo now has a hefty 5 million berry bounty on his head. Then, he one day accidentally lets himself get captured by Marines in town. Champ also gets himself captured alongside his master. While in jail, Ashlo attempts to break free from his chains. Champ was locked in the cell across from him. Fortunately for him, the Marine ship was stupid enough to pick a fight with the Whitebeard Pirates. The pirates invaded the ship, releasing the prisoners and looting their ship. Ashlo and Champ got released in the heat of the chaotic invasion. Ashlo jumped overboard and landed in a small boat. He mistook Fire Fist Ace's flame boat for a paddle boat without oars. Ignoring the adults who were promising his safety, Ashlo jumped into a dropped sailboat, kicking out the two occupants. He fled from them. Little was Ashlo aware, their father was watching the entire time. With building interest, he considered the kid's skill and coordination with the situation. After a short while, they will have another encounter. Their next encounter will pose their decision.
