The Original Gladers have been in the Glade for just over a year and a half now. Every week supplies came in the Box, and every month a Greenie was sent up. But all that changed when someone peculiar was sent up in the box. This fanfic is based off of the book, NOT the movie. The movie is an adaptation of the book and has some significant differences, meaning you might be confused if you've only seen the movie and you haven't read the book. I DO NOT OWN THE MAZE RUNNER!

Megan woke up to her new life in complete darkness, knowing only her first name. She had no memory of her life before and She later finds herself in the middle of an unsolvable maze with at least fifty young boys. Megan meets a boy named Newt and falls in love with him; but can she stay on track of how to escape the maze and go back to their real life.

Caroline arrives in the Glade the month before Chuck arrives, and is starting to get used to it. This is, of course, before Thomas arrives. Caroline was sent in to the Glade to see how the Gladers would react to having a girl there. The people of WICKED wanted to make sure that they wouldn't freak out and kill Teresa, so they sent in Caroline first, as a test. But when the Gladers receive a note saying that Caroline was just a pretest who will be taken away from them and erased from their memories, the Gladers refuse to allow it. They decide to fight against whatever forces WICKED might use to take Caroline back.
