The sequel to Izuku is a Therapist For Villains. This time in the reform program. Izuku has to deal with the eleven members of the yakuza that his friends (both hero and villain) had to fight at one point in their lives. Izuku becomes a therapist for each and every yakuza member of the Shie Hassaki. And they don't know exactly how to feel about the weird, overly nice therapist. And just like last time, they are treated to a sort of rehab facility in the middle of nowhere to try and reform them. If they fail the reform, they go back to jail. And from the looks of it, they won't be as easy dealt with then the League of Villains.

Kaminari was revealed as the U.A. traitor. He has been revealing information to the League of Villains for a while now, and no one suspected him, until one day... Kaminari Denki is not the same goofy schoolboy anymore. He's become...different. Very VERY different. And things have turned around for Class 1-A. When Todoroki Shoto finds out that his DNA matches the Villains' hideout access code, what steps will he take to approach the villains and Kaminari? Is Kaminari really what he seems to be? When he jumped off the roof a strange man saved him and offered to join the League Of Villains(LOV). Izuku accepted and faked his death. Izuku was waiting for his 16th B-Day to finally find someone to share his pain and maybe someone who can save him from himself. Overhaul has always been a loner & couldn't care less about finding his soulmate. Because of Overhaul's desire to erase all quirks, he kidnapped someone to experiment on. Little did he know that the one he kidnapped was his soulmate. Will this little coincidence make Izuku's life turn for the worst? Or will something new start to blossom?
