Eldolas se stal mým domovem." pronesla Victorie, která v první knize s Waruem, za mnoha úsilí, potu, bolesti a krve zachránili svět démonů. Dalo by se to považovat za šťastný konec, kdyby se monstra v portálech objevila jen tak náhodou. Jenže ne. Samotný Sammael, princ temné strany Eldolasu, který zachránil Victorii za příslibem, že mu jeho skutek splatí, prohlásil, že nemá nejmenší tušení, kdo by byl natolik zvrácený, aby se pokusil zabránit zrodu dalších démonů, kteří udržují v lidském světě rovnováhu. Takhle to Waru ani Victorie nenechají, chystají se odhalit toho, kdo může za všechen ten chaos. Ale určitě to nebude taková procházka růžovým sadem, jak se na první pohled zdá.

Náš svět... Už od samého počátku je rozdělený na dvě poloviny. V tomto světě jsou dvě rasy démonů. Démoni dobra a zla. Ti dobří pomáhají lidem, a zlí je zabíjejí, avšak navzájem si ublížit nedokáží, až na pár výjimek, prokletých zbraní. A proto jsem se zrodil já... Já jediný mám schopnost zabíjet démony i lidi bez těchto zbraní. Ostatní ovládají mysl člověka, aby mu pomohli najít cestu, nebo ho shodit. Ve čtrnácti mne zavřeli do žaláře. Byl jsem moc silný na oba dva světy a mezi démony nastala panika, když zjistili, že někdo takový existuje. Pak jsem ale přišel na to, že jsem jediný démon, který pomocí lidské dívky, která mi vběhla do cesty, dokáže spasit náš svět od blížící se zkázy. Povede se to? Nebo náš svět rozplyne v prach?
