The story took place 6 years after wei ying died. After wei ying's death lan zhan went to everywhere wherever is chaos just to search for wei ying. Plot Story: What if in the Burial Mounds, the one place that no one dares to seek, rests the home for the master that everyone dares to seek. When Wen Chao had thrown Wei Ying down in the Burial Mounds, he didn't expect 5 months later, that the man that stood before him would become a disciple of the infamous immortal, Baoshan Sanren. Wait, what did he hear Wei Ying call her? Grandma? "I, Lan WangJi, dare to ask for permission to officially court your grandson, Wei Wuxian. " "Eh! Lan Zhan! What did you just say to my grandma!?"

Everything was fine, until he was forced to go to the Cloud Recesses with Jiang Cheng. That was when complications arose. After all, how could he keep things hidden from the Two Jades of Lan? Especially after the disaster one night, which ended in him hiding from Jiang Cheng. Notes *Jiang Cheng has a really bad temper, and I don't think they showed a realistic ideal with how short tempered he is, so he isn't bad, but he does get violent *In this, Wei Ying already entered the burial mounds before the Jiangs collected him. It will be explained in detail later. *Wei Ying has some problems. these are things not well addressed in either the book or the live action, and I will be addressing them here.
